Air conditioningThe house is equipped with two air conditioning units, with heating/cooling functions. The first is located in the living room, while the second is installed in the master bedroom. In the second room NO There is air conditioning, but a fan is available.

The terrace door is not fitted with a lock, as the terrace is on the first floor and does not pose a security risk. The area is very quiet and the street is monitored by cameras.
