The house is located in Porto San Paolo, 1 km from the beach and the tourist port, perfect for reaching the islands of TAVOLARA and MOLARA by boat trips.
The area is very quiet, but close to all amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies are easily reachable on foot. Within a few minutes' drive, you can visit some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia such as Porto Istana, Porto Taverna, Cala Girgolu and La Cinta.

The LOUNGE is very spacious and cosy, furnished with a sofa, television, and large French doors leading to an outdoor BALCONY furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying open-air relaxation.
The KITCHEN is bright and functional, equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, and all the necessary utensils for independent cooking. There is also a table with two chairs, convenient for meals.
The three BEDROOMS are all double, furnished with comfortable Queen-Size beds, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobes and windows which guarantee natural light and ventilation.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with mirror, toilet, bidet, and a window.
