This beautiful house can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for relaxation, nature, and crystal-clear seas.
The entrance is independent and leads to a large private green courtyard, surrounded by olive trees, perfect for relaxing in the shade after a long day at the beach. Here you will find an outdoor seating area with a parasol and a barbecue to enjoy lunches and dinners under the stars.
The covered terrace, with a dining table, is ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners in complete privacy and tranquillity.
Inside, the LIVING AREA is bright and functional, with a sofa, dining table with chairs, TV, and a large French door leading directly to the TERRACE.
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all necessary cooking utensils (pots, pans, etc.).
The house has TWO BEDROOMS:
– The first, master bedroom, is equipped with a Queen-Size double bed (170×200), a window, wardrobe, TV and air conditioning.
