Welcome to our home in Lu Fraili, a spacious and comfortable abode ideal for your holidays in Sardinia.
Before accessing the apartment, you can park your car for FREE in the private car park.
You will find yourselves in front of the splendid PRIVATE GARDEN and will finally be able to access the dwelling.
The first thing you'll see is the private TERRACE, furnished with a dining table perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. Outside, you'll also be able to enjoy the relaxation area, with two comfortable sun loungers, the BARBECUE area, and the outdoor shower.
Once inside, you will be welcomed by the air-conditioned LIVING AREA, complete with a comfortable sofa, kitchen, and dining table, which can comfortably seat 4 people.
The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: oven, fridge, freezer, gas hob, pod coffee machine, and tea bag kettle. You will also find everything needed to prepare and consume meals, such as plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, and various kitchen utensils.
Continuing on, you'll find the BATHROOM with a full suite of sanitary ware, a shower cubicle, a sink with a mirror, a window, a hairdryer, and a washing machine.
The first BEDROOM is located opposite the bathroom and is furnished with a comfortable Queen-Size bed and a single bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a window that illuminates the entire room.
The second BEDROOM, adjacent to the first, is equipped with a comfortable Queen-Size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a spacious wardrobe, and a window with blackout curtains.
The house is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING and heating to ensure maximum comfort in every season.
Furthermore, it is located in an ideal location, just a 5-minute drive from the wonderful “La Cinta” beach and the centre of San Teodoro. Around the house, you can discover some of the most beautiful beaches in North Sardinia, reachable in a few minutes by car.
