For almost five years we have been dealing with property management and tourist rentals in the Olbia area, with a particularly established presence in Porto San Paolo, where our activity began.

Living and working every day in this territory has allowed us to get to know the market closely, its dynamics and what guests look for when choosing a home for their holidays in Sardinia.

Over the years, we have grown alongside the properties we manage, progressively expanding our presence from Porto San Paolo to the surrounding areas.

Every house is different and has its own characteristics and potential. Our work starts right from here: understanding how to enhance it and how to present it in the best possible way on the tourist rental market.

We are responsible for creating and optimizing the ads, producing the photographic content, and presenting the property, together with the owner, evaluating any improvements that could make it even more appealing.

When necessary, we also intervene through home staging and space optimization activities, suggesting improvements in the furnishings, services, and amenities of the home. Small touches can make a big difference in the perception of a property and in the experience of those who choose it for their vacations.

Once the property is ready to welcome guests, we take care of its daily management.

We follow up on bookings and communication with guests throughout all stages of the stay: from initial information to check-in, from assistance during the stay to check-out.

In this way, the owner can entrust the management of their home to a single contact person, while we coordinate everything necessary to offer guests a well-organized and enjoyable stay.

Good management doesn't end with bookings.

We have a specialized cleaning team that prepares the properties between stays, with particular attention to the care and presentation of the environments.

We can also rely on a dedicated maintenance team, essential for intervening when necessary and keeping the properties efficient and ready to welcome guests.

This allows us to follow each house on the ground in a concrete way and to coordinate the various aspects related to management and hospitality.

Many second homes in Sardinia are used by owners only for a few weeks during the year. For the rest of the time they often remain unused.
