The patio overlooking directly onto the Gulf of Olbia is one of the most evocative areas of the house: it is equipped with a dining table and is perfect for outdoor breakfasts, lunches or dinners with an open and relaxing view of the sea.
The kitchen, functional and well-equipped, has a refrigerator, an optional second refrigerator for extra space, a dishwasher, a gas stove with four burners, a coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils for cooking independently.
The sleeping area is spread over two levels. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a room with a double bed and a fully renovated bathroom with all the necessary facilities.
Going up to the attic floor, you access a second double bedroom with bathroom. In this area there is a lower ceiling, so it is recommended to pay ATTENTION.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, but no air conditioning is available. There is a portable air conditioner in the attic that is useful during the warmer months, but there are no fixed ventilation systems.
The residence includes a private parking space, identified with the number 20C. There is also a communal swimming pool.
The beach of Li Cuncheddi is easily reached on foot through a path immersed in nature: in about 10 minutes of walking you reach the sea directly, making the experience even more authentic and immersive.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends.

There is also a private parking space available inside the residence.
Upstairs there is another independent apartment, completely separate.
The swimming pool is communal (not private) and is accessible according to the residence's rules.
