The BRIGHT AND SPACIOUS LIVING AREA is characterised by large windows and a big glass wall offering PANORAMIC VIEWS. A fine SOFA, AN ARMCHAIR, and a piece of FURNITURE in the CLASSIC STYLE of the early 19th century, a GLASS TABLE with designer chairs, and a COFFEE TABLE made from tree roots are just some of the elements that define this space. The living room also features a BAR AREA and UNIQUE ARTWORKS by a famous artist.

To reach it, you follow short paths and staircases amongst the rocks and the garden's elevation changes. The Villa owners have named this path “Ferrari” to honour the care, challenges, and precision with which the Sardinian craftsmen managed to build it in perfect harmony with the land. This splendid area, with wooden tables and a reed canopy, is perfect for al fresco dining under the stars with sea and sunset views.

Villa Simchà is easily reachable by car, via a private road leading to an automatic gate. Inside, the property is fully fenced and secured, guaranteeing PRIVACY and SAFETY, with no third-party access.

– Garden maintenance will be carried out every Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, ensuring the utmost respect for your space.
– The Jacuzzi will be cleaned daily, for the strictly necessary time only, discreetly and in the early morning to minimise any disturbance.
We wish to inform you that upon arrival, a contribution of €600 will be required. This includes professional cleaning services, linen provision, and daily maintenance of the Jacuzzi for one hour per day, to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay.
– In case of check-in after 8:00 PM, a supplement of €50.00 is required, payable upon check-in.
