☀️ This apartment with sea views is located in a peaceful building, a very short distance (approximately 1.5 km) from the renowned Porto Taverna beach and the elegant Tavernetta Beach. Ideal for both relaxing holidays and business stays, it offers every comfort and is fully air-conditioned in the living area.
The accommodation can host up to 6 people:
The first bedroom consists of a comfortable Queen Size bed, a window, and a spacious wardrobe.
– The second bedroom has access to the terrace and is also furnished with a queen-size bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a chest of drawers for personal belongings.
– Double sofa bed located in the living room.
🌅 The real highlight is the spacious TERRACE with sea views, furnished with an outdoor lounge, dining table and BARBECUE area. It is the perfect space for sun-drenched breakfasts or lunches and dinners with company, with the splendid island of Tavolara as a backdrop.
Living area
A large, bright, air-conditioned open-plan space furnished with a dining table, TV, sofa bed, and an equipped kitchen. You'll find everything you need to cook independently: a gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, crockery, pots, pans, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
Note: The air conditioning is only in the living area, NOT in the bedrooms.
Shower & Comfort:
The bathroom has a window, is well-maintained, and features a shower, full sanitaryware, a lit mirror, a hairdryer, and a complete set of towels.
In the laundry area, you will find the washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
