The accommodation price includes 2 sun loungers and a beach umbrella on the BEACH, offering maximum comfort for a relaxing stay. (Service available from June 15th to September 15th).
The apartment, arranged over two levels, boasts a wonderful covered private sea-view TERRACE and a large panoramic SOLARIUM of approximately 35 sqm, equipped with comfortable sun loungers and a splendid JACUZZI with an outdoor shower, perfect for moments of pure well-being.

– The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, air conditioning, a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a bright window.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed, wardrobe, and a window overlooking the garden.
For guests, sheets, hangers, and pillows are available for a carefree stay.

The apartment has two modern and functional bathrooms:

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and gas hob. Available for guests: pots, pans, cutlery, plates, kitchen utensils, cleaning products, washing-up liquid, dishwasher detergent, tea bags and coffee pods.
OUTDOOR SPACES
– The private terrace offers breathtaking views of the gulf and features a large dining table, ideal for unforgettable sunset dinners.
On the second floor, a relaxation area with quality sofa and cushions leads to the large SOLANARIUM, equipped with sun loungers and a wonderful three-seater JACUZZI with an outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing under the stars with a glass of wine.
POOL and extra services:
Guests can access the communal pool, open from 15 June to 15 September, between 09:00 and 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, perfect for cooling off while admiring the view of luxury yachts just a few metres away.
The apartment is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi.
Just a 5-minute walk away, guests will find a tennis court. The centre of Murta Maria, a 5-minute drive away, offers restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

No smoking inside the property.
Air conditioning is present in the double bedroom and the living room. The twin bedroom DOES NOT have air conditioning, but a fan is available.
The Jacuzzi operates exclusively at room temperature with bubbles. Use with hot water is NOT possible due to structural limitations of the building: an increase in capacity could cause an electrical blackout.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool is accessible from 15 June to 15 September with the following opening times:
